Do I need a foundation?
Your mattress needs to rest on a firm and well-ventilated flat surface. Most platform beds provide adequate support and airflow without the need for a foundation (so long as slats are not more than 3" apart). Otherwise a proper foundation (or box spring) is required. See our warranty for more information about proper support for your mattress. Note: Never place your mattress directly on the floor.

Does my mattress require assembly?
Not really. Just open the box, lay out the roll pack in the center of your room on the floor, then carefully cut open the roll pack. The mattress will expand within a couple of minutes and be ready to use. If necessary, unzip your cover and re-position the layers. Alternatively, consider our white glove delivery service, which includes setup and packaging removal. Note: Follow the instructions included with your mattress for best results and ask for help before lifting heavy boxes.

Our handmade products are made to order. Expect your products to arrive within 7-10 business days.

Will my mattress be roll packed or flat packed?
Expect your mattress to be roll packed for ease of delivery unless you selected a white-glove shipping option, in which case your mattress is likely to be flat packed.
Accessories are sold and packaged separately.
How can I provide special instructions for my order, such as delivery information?

Will checking my rate affect my credit score?
Absolutely not. Checking your rate does not affect your credit score.

Do you offer white glove delivery?
Yes, for a fee. If white glove delivery is available in your area, our shopping cart will present you with a white glove shipping option during the checkout process. Alternatively, you can always call to inquire about white glove delivery, if during checkout a white-glove delivery options is not available.
White glove service includes delivery of your Metta Bed mattress inside your home, setup of the Metta Bed mattress and debris removal. For an additional fee your old mattress can also be removed and properly disposed of.
